Voter Registration

Requirements to Register

You may register to vote at 17 1/2 years of age, but you must be 18 by Election Day
You must be a citizen of the United States
You must be a resident of Perry County (not for any set amount of time)
You must be registered by the fourth Wednesday prior to an election in order to vote in that election

Restrictions on Voting

You will not be entitled to vote if:

You are confined under a sentence of imprisonment
You are on probation or parole after the conviction of a felony
You were convicted of a felony or misdemeanor connected with voting or the right of suffrage
